Yes, I am working remotely with clients until further notice. Customers and other general public are not currently permitted to enter my studio downtown. While working at galleries or at artist studio’s I wear a mask at all times.
Studio Digital Captures are taken for artists wanting to have their artwork digatally captured at our downtown LA photo studio while Digital Captures on Location are taken at art galleries or at artist’s studios when shooting on location.
Fine Art Captures are files made large enough to match the file size of the original artwork by taking multiple macro exposures and merging them together in order to make large-high-quality fine art prints.
Another reason for making Fine Art Captures is for artists wanting large high-resolution Tiff files for their archives.
Fine Art Captures can not be made from sculptures.
Our turnaround time for each job is 3-5 business days. Each job begins when the artwork arrives at the studio or when the job on location is complete. Otherwise rush services will be charged.
The same-day service is a 100% additional fee.
The next business day service is a 75% additional fee.
Two business day service is a 50% additional fee.
After you have paid your bill.
3-files of each piece are delivered to you via We Transfer.
1-Large TIFF file (depending on the size of your original) ideal for archiving, post-processing, and especially well suited for printing.
1-Medium JPEG file 8” x 10” at 300 PPI (4-6 MB) can be used for printing but not suggested for post-processing or for archiving.
1-Small JPEG file 8” x 10” at 100 PPI at (750 KB) is most often used for social media and in building websites.
This method can be re-formatted by the client.

We add $100 to your bill while shooting Digital Captures on site.
We add $200 to your bill while shooting Fine Art Captures on site.
Yes, they are. We shoot your artwork with color charts and use their information under color-corrected light sources in post-production to match your files with the original artwork.
Upon completion of digital processing, your files will be emailed to you via We Transfer. If instead, you would rather have those files placed in a Dropbox file that is another alternative.
We save them from 6 months to a year. Before removing them from our hard drives we give you a courtesy call to make sure you have duplicates of everything before erasure. If you do not we’ll resend you everything.

We’re located in Downtown Los Angeles, at the corner of Kohler & Olympic. Before arriving, be sure to schedule an appointment over the phone, and check out the Map & Directions page to make sure you arrive here without any issues. If you use the address listed on Google you will probably get lost and have to call us for directions.
